Before You Uninstall
Make sure you have saved any reports or payout information you may need later. You must be the store owner or have permission to manage apps in Shopify.
Uninstall VendorPayout
- Log in to your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Find Vendor Payout, then click the … menu next to it.
- Click Uninstall.
- Optionally select a reason for uninstalling, then click Uninstall again to confirm.
Use a Direct Link Instead
You can also open VendorPayout’s Shopify settings page directly. Replace your-store-handle with the part of your myshopify.com address that comes before .myshopify.com, then paste this link into your browser:
https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store-handle/settings/apps/app_installations/app/vendor-payout
On that page, scroll to the bottom and click Uninstall app.
Billing
Uninstalling cancels future recurring app charges through Shopify. Charges from the current billing cycle may still appear on your Shopify bill. If you have a billing question, contact support@vendorpayout.com before uninstalling.
